We know which rules
actually apply to us.
Most small IT shops cannot tell you the difference between FAR 52.204-21 and CMMC, or which one gates the contract in front of them. We can — and that saves a prime the work of finding out on our behalf.
Cleared personnel
An active TS/SCI clearance and Security+ CE (DoD 8140 IAT Level II) in house, plus three Public-Trust-eligible contingent employees. Sensitive billets get staffed without a clearance pipeline.
FAR 52.204-21 baseline
The 15 basic safeguards are the real cyber gate for civilian federal work with FCI — MFA, endpoint protection, patching, access control, encryption, backups. That is the standard we work to.
CMMC, understood in context
CMMC is a DoD program. It does not apply to civilian agency work today, and Level 2 becomes a hard gate the moment DoD CUI is in scope. We will tell you plainly where a requirement lands.
We do not hold a CMMC certification and do not claim one. If your requirement needs it, we will say so up front rather than after the award.
