Past performance

Named agencies.
Real work.

Plenty of small businesses describe capability in the abstract. Below is where key personnel have actually delivered, named, so a capture manager can weigh it.

01

DHS Office of Intelligence & Analysis

Current · Classified systems

Systems administration across a multi-domain classified environment.

Active Directory and Exchange administration, Group Policy, and account lifecycle; workstations imaged and hardened to STIG / DISA standards; VDI / Citrix and SecureView thin clients for remote classified access; Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 servers with Docker, under patch and configuration control.

02

U.S. Secret Service

DHS component

IT infrastructure support inside a high-security federal environment.

Hands-on support in an environment where access is controlled, downtime is not an option, and the security process is part of the job rather than an obstacle to it. This is the experience that lets us onboard to a sensitive program without a learning curve.

03

DHS Headquarters

Department of Homeland Security

Direct support to Department of Homeland Security HQ operations.

Familiarity with DHS operational requirements, security protocols, and IT environments — which reduces onboarding risk for primes staffing DHS component work.

04

UN General Assembly

2025 & 2026 · 100% uptime

Supported the DHS Secretary and senior staff through two consecutive sessions with 100% uptime.

A fixed-date, high-visibility event with no tolerance for interruption, delivered two years running. Planning, standing up, and holding infrastructure through that window is a different discipline from steady-state support.

05

DHS — Mount Weather Operations Center

Current · COMSEC

COMSEC custodian and alternate, reporting DHS-wide compliance to NSA.

Our cleared lead currently serves as NSA KMI-certified COMSEC custodian and alternate on multiple accounts, reporting Department-wide HAIPE and VIPER compliance to NSA, maintaining Key Management Plans, and keeping inventories at zero discrepancies through formal DHS audits.

How to read this

This is key personnel past performance — experience our staff bring to your program, rather than a list of prime contracts held by the company. We say so plainly because a capture manager will work it out anyway, and the distinction matters when you are scoring us.

Under a 2022 SBA rule, subcontractor and key-personnel experience can be claimed as past performance in its own right. If you need that written up for a proposal volume, ask and we will provide it in your format.

References available to prime contractors and contracting officers on request.
